  3. Rear Seat Recline Function – for added convenience.

The Curvv and its electric counterpart will feature higher-end trims equipped with 18-inch alloy wheels, distinguished by their flush door handles and puddle lamps. Its 500-litre boot with a powered gate and gesture control sets a new standard in the midsize SUV category.

Inside, premium variants will showcase a glass roof extending to the C-pillar, operable by voice command, significantly enhancing the vehicle's appeal. Confirmed features include:

Safety remains a priority, with the Curvv set to include front and rear disc brakes, electronic parking brake with auto-hold, ESP, driver drowsiness alert, and Level 2 ADAS features, alongside six airbags for added protection.

Tata Curvv Powertrains

In terms of performance, the Curvv will offer a variety of powertrain options: petrol, diesel, and electric. It includes:

  • Two turbo-petrol engines: a 120hp, 1.2-litre, and a 125hp, 1.2-litre direct-injection variant.
  • A 115hp, 1.5-litre diesel engine.
  • Automatic variants will feature convenient paddle shifters.

The Curvv EV is anticipated to provide a range of approximately 450-500km on a single charge, boosting its appeal for eco-conscious consumers.

Conclusion

With its diverse powertrain selections and an extensive feature set, along with a unique coupe-SUV design, the Tata Curvv is strategically positioned to compete against established players like the Creta, Maruti Grand Vitara, and Kia Seltos.
