MotoMall acts as a bridge connecting users to dealerships. By accessing and using our platform, users are implicitly agreeing to abide by our stipulated Terms of Use.

While MotoMall strives to present accurate product details and pricing, there may be occasional discrepancies. All information provided is for reference only and should be verified directly with dealerships for accuracy.

3. Product Representations:

Images of products displayed on MotoMall aim to provide a general idea and may not entirely match the actual product in aspects like color, features, or packaging.

4. Liability Limitations:

Any liabilities arising from the use of MotoMall, including discrepancies in product details or transactional issues, will be limited to a sum of INR 3,500 or its current equivalent.

Users might come across third-party advertisements or external website links while using MotoMall. The platform doesn't vouch for the accuracy or quality of content from these external sources. All interactions, dealings, or disputes users might have with other users or dealerships on MotoMall are strictly bilateral.

MotoMall offers its platform "as-is" and does not guarantee service continuity, accuracy, or availability. We reserve the right to modify our terms or suspend/terminate user access at any time.

7. Data Sharing & Privacy:

MotoMall might share user details with associated dealerships to facilitate services like test drives. How we handle and protect user data is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property:

Every piece of content on MotoMall, be it textual, graphical, or software, is owned by the Company and is under the protection of Indian copyright laws. Unauthorized replication or usage is strictly prohibited and could lead to legal consequences.

9. Dispute Resolution & Law:

Any disputes arising from the use of MotoMall will be resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The jurisdiction for arbitration will be Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
